COD Orders: 10% advance payment required at checkout; 90% payable at delivery.
COD Advance: Non-refundable only if the customer refuses or fails to accept the COD order due to their own fault.
Damaged / Wrong Product: Report within 7 days with an unboxing video for exchange or replacement.
Refunds: 100% refund for seller or courier fault, processed within 8–15 business days after return approval.
